Toolroom Records will soon be releasing their Ibiza album for the summer, I have recently really started to love the Toolroom album after having the Umek album in my car for a while.
Check out the album preview below, listening to some Toolroom albums reminds me of being at Ushuaia and Space in Ibiza which is never a bad thing!

Today we have the first of what i am hoping to make a series of Mixes from Dj’s in the UK. All have played in Ibiza in the past and they are all well worth a listen. I have started it off by invitation only. A small mix of Dj’s i have contact with who will provide a more underground sound.
To start of with i have a mix from Mr Pedros. I first heard Mr Pedros many moons ago in the basement of a restaurant. Dusted was his night in Middlesbrough, the ceiling was about 7ft high, it was hot, sweaty, and it was one of the best nights in the area at the time!
Since those days Mr Pedros has moved on, You can find him playing in the Manchester area but more recently he has been locked away producing. He has had great success with his track Bang The Drum which was signed by Steve Angello’s label Size and also got a remix from AN21.
Mr Pedros latest productions have also been picked up by two different labels showing that Mr Pedros is in demand! Tinpot Orchestra has been signed by an underground Manchester label ‘Quadraphonic’ and No Justice has also been signed by ‘Whartone’

A winter mix from José María Ramón. José is the a Dj who was born in Ibiza and is the programming director for Ibiza Global Radio, as well as hosting some of the shows, what does all this mean? well it means he knows what he is doing! If your missing Ibiza this winter, then there probably isn’t anyone better to bring a little sound of Ibiza to you.
from part way through the summer, i discovered a website called Mixcloud, whats even better is the fact that it is used a lot by Dj’s, promotors and radio stations to upload and make available sets to listen to at your pleasure!
Come together was a new night in 2010 set up by Space and it was like a department store of nightclubs. In the main arena on the 2nd August was Mauro Picotto with his Meganite brand. It wasn’t a night i saw myself but i know from past Meganites it would have been a great night.

Winter has gripped us well in the UK with more snow set to come down this week. Great timing for Space to treat us to a little Christmas Mix to say thank you for a great 2010 of music and sunshine!
Space have released an hour long mix by Remo to remind of us of a great summer and to get people excited for 2011!

The guys over at White Ibiza yesterday released a Mix by Carl Cox, As most people will know, Carl Cox started life in Oldham near Manchester before a very long road to become a clubbing superstar which is now part of his official title (Sir Carl – Clubbing Superster – Dj Legend – All Round Hero of Music – Cox).
I’ve not yet listened to the mix yet but im sure it is worthy of a listen, it will be pleasuring my ears tonight over a beer.

It started out as an alternative to the usual Ibiza offering a season of turmoil that saw an end to all day parties, outdoor event and even clubs closing all together. Now beach azuli has become one of the most talked about events on the island with a series of secret beach parties each season taking place in amazing locations across the white island. The second of which in 2009 takes place on Tuesday 14th July.
Club Azuli are back on 6th August with the third in their summer series of secret beach parties.
