Sankeys in Manchester have appointed themselves a new resident Dj for 2012, after scouring the country for the best Dj talent.

I’m excited to say that Mr Pedros has won the residency and will be playing at Sankeys for the next year! If your not sure who i am talking about then you should read my blog more! Mr Pedros kindly did an Ibiza Blog mix session for us earlier in the year, so im over the moon he has won this residency.

You may have seen Mr Pedros Dj in Ibiza this year with Electronique who did a series of dates this year including a boat party and having one of the rooms in space for a night.

In 2012 you will have the chance to see Mr Pedros in Sankeys Ibiza as well as playing on a Sankeys boat party at some point next season.

So its currently struggling to break above freezing in most of the UK but over the next months there will be a few bouts of Ibiza Vibe knocking on the door!

As ive already mentioned Circo Loco are throwing their New Years Eve party at Sankeys tomorrow night priced at £30 a ticket (this may be my club of choice for NYE) but the same club plays host to another couple of nights in January that have the Ibiza Vibe attached to them. January is usually a bit of a grim month so im sure you could put a smile on your face visiting one of these nights.

There isnt much going on at the moment to report about and ive not heard to much about whats happening on NYE in Ibiza. However If you are spending NYE in the UK then there is a little part of Ibiza coming to us.

On NYE Circo Loco will be at Sankeys in Manchester. Circo Loco have been here before and by all accounts it was a very special night!

Also on NYE your Ticket will also give you access to Spektrum, the nightclub next to Sankeys which is generally kept seperate so you get two clubs for the price of one!
