The revolution does continue, only not in Ibiza after tonight, Carl Cox has stormed through the summer pushing forward his message of the Revolution!! Never a bad word can be read about Carl Cox and its simple, he delivers, not only with his own performances but with anything his name gets put to. Weather its his Jazz sets at Sands, or his own domination of Space on Tuesdays.
He doesn’t have people going to see him ‘Because its Carl Cox’ they have people going to see him ‘because its Carl Cox’, confused? I think I confused myself a bit there!
The 25th September is time to wrap up the animals for the winter, Zoo project have had their best season yet, Starting off with a cheaky party on the weekend of the space opening and running all the way through till now, You know the Zoo Project will be back in 2011 and with the effort they have made this season with privilege i would expect them to have something more next year, Many clubs come and go in Ibiza and are never heard of again, hopefully this wont be the case for Zoo Project for many years to come.

What i believe is the penultimate Zoo project for 2010 (not confirmed) Zoo project host another party in the hills above San Antonio, they have had a full season now and the Dj’s are season long veterans at getting the crowd going and knowing what people want to hear, A party that is popular at the best of times will be well oiled and ready to smash it.

Pacha have released a new album, Pacha Pure Dance. The album has two CD’s filled with this summers anthems Including Dennis Ferrer, David Guetta, Swedish House Mafia, Riva Starr and more. CD 3 is a mix of chilled out house classics with IIO, Moloko and Kings Of Tomorrow to name but a few.

It’s a sad time of year when i start blogging about closing parties, it seems i spend the whole year waiting for summer, then its over in a few blog posts 
However, closing parties are immense 
I will generally only go over to Ibiza now if it’s for opening or closing parties and that’s mainly because i think it’s the best part of the season to go. When it comes to closing parties the tunes of the summer are well and truly established, the Dj’s know what is going to get everyone going nuts and its often their last set of the Ibiza season so they make it that little bit more special.
Come Together has been the new boy this season but it seems to have gone down really well, they have a host of clubs all under one roof, it can probably be described as a clubbing department store!!
The closing party takes in Vitalic, Marc Ronson and Riva Starr, The covered terrace has Tinie Tempah ( still dont understand this one), the sunset terrace which is probably my favourite part of space has Monza. The other 3 rooms are all open with Pukka up hosting El Salon.
It has been a short season for Come Together but i really hope they make an appearance next season.
Ibiza Rocks Hotel has gone from strength to strength over the last few years, some readers may remember i initially had some big concerns with Ibiza Rocks Hotel in that when it opened you booked through twenties, my concerns have been completely blown away with what they have done and im delighted to say how wrong i got it.
Ive not stayed there myself but i have been in and everything from the entrance to toilets has been done exceptionally well, the atmosphere in there for an Ibiza Rocks night is second to non and when i was there had a brilliant time (even if it was the Ting Tings playing!!!) More …
